The Company places great importance on employee development as employees are a key driving force behind the business operations. Therefore, the company focuses on developing human resource management strategies that integrate the development of employees' potential, career progression, compensation, as well as work culture and environment. This ensures readiness to face opportunities and challenges.

The Company has established key courses for developing fundamental potential that all employees are required to undergo training (Mandatory courses) as follows:

Additionally, the company provides training through an E-Learning system on a platform designated as the main training channel. The courses focus on developing Soft Skills such as Growth Mindset, Empathy at Work, and Self Leadership, with the option for employees to learn more based on their individual needs. Employees are also developed according to their Functional Skills, which are determined by their knowledge and skills, and subsequently identified as Training Needs. This involves development through a Learning model to support the achievement of the employee's, department's, and organization's goals. Furthermore, the company also offers scholarship support for master's degree programs in essential fields for employees.
