Supporting and promoting volunteer activities among employees serves as a driving force in advancing various public-benefit missions. The company encourages employees to dedicate their time to public service to instill values of helping others, foster unity and compassion, and cultivate a sense of social responsibility among staff. The focus is on social initiatives that form the foundation of national development, particularly in education and public health, disaster relief, and environmental conservation. Each year, approximately 50% of all employees participate in these activities as volunteers, engaging in various projects.
Empowerment Community for Quality of Life Initiative
  • Providing educational opportunities through the "Luea-Kor" Project in collaboration with the Baan Nokkamin Foundation, the company donates equipment that has reached the end of its official service life under company policy but remains in good working condition such as computers, books, and sports equipment. These items are passed on to orphans, underprivileged children, and vulnerable groups to help further their education or vocational development, empowering them to live meaningful and quality lives in society.
  • The Drainage Cleaning Project - aims to clear drainage channels to allow better water flow and alleviate flooding during the rainy season in Soi Ratchadapisak 20, where the company and nearby communities are located. The project emphasizes community participation from the planning stage to encourage collaboration and ensure sustainable maintenance and care even after the project completed.
  • The Road Discipline Initiative -  In response to traffic congestion and frequent accidents in the community surrounding the company, Thai ReLife, in collaboration with Thai Reinsurance, launched the “Road Discipline Initiative.” The project began with a survey to identify traffic-related issues and signage needs within area. As part of the initiative, traffic signs and safety equipment were provided to Sutthisan Police Station, the authority responsible for the area, to support traffic management efforts and enhance road safety for the local community.
  • Disaster Relief Initiative - The company has a long-standing policy of providing regular and ongoing support to victims of natural disasters. This is carried out in collaboration with business partners, government agencies, and charitable organizations to alleviate the suffering of affected Thai communities. Following a disaster, the company works with public and private sectors, as well as nonprofit organizations, to deliver financial donations aimed at assisting victims, restoring and repairing homes and educational institutions, and providing various forms of aid. From 2017 to 2024, the company has donated 704,362.61 baht toward these relief efforts.
Thaire Life Shares and Supports Dreams for Children
Educational inequality in Thailand has been a long-standing issue, stemming from various forms of disparity such as differences in school quality, limited access to education in remote areas, lack of scholarships and educational tools, economic challenges, and public health crises. These factors have deprived many Thai youths of their basic right to education and, in many cases, forced them out of the education system altogether. To help alleviate and reduce this inequality, the company focuses on fostering learning environments, particularly in remote rural schools. This initiative aims to support quality teaching and learning activities and contribute to the development of Thailand's education system in alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically Goals 4 (Quality Education) and 10 (Reduced Inequalities).
  • Building Sanitary Facilities to Promote Student Hygiene - The company constructed and designed separate restrooms for male and female students, ensuring facilities are appropriate and safe for use. The project included the installation of new sanitary ware, proper ventilation systems, adequate lighting, and sufficient water supply. These improvements aim to provide students with a safe and comfortable restroom environment, support their well-being, and encourage healthy hygiene practices.
  • Supporting Educational Supplies, Sports Equipment, and Essential Items - for Remote Rural Schools. The company provides learning materials, sports equipment, and other necessities to schools in remote rural areas. These core initiatives encourage active participation from the community and schools in identifying and assessing existing challenges. This collaborative approach helps alleviate barriers to education and supports students in accessing better learning opportunities.
 
Thaire Life: One Gives, Many Receive
The company recognizes the importance of the mission of the National Blood Center, Thai Red Cross Society in ensuring an adequate supply of blood for the treatment of patients in the country. To support this, the company actively promotes blood donation campaigns and raises awareness to expand the donor network among its employees and the broader community. This initiative has been implemented since 2019.
Contributing to Environmental Sustainability
Environmental conservation is an important role and responsibility of everyone on Earth, as it ensures that natural resources, which are essential for life, are passed on to future generations. Without natural resources and a healthy environment, humans would not be able to survive. Therefore, the company emphasizes the importance of using resources wisely and efficiently to maximize their benefits. This approach not only has economic value but also minimizes the negative impact on the environment.
  • Mangrove Planting Activity - Volunteers from the company, along with regulatory agencies and life insurance companies (ceding company), participated in a mangrove planting event at the Army Logistics Department's rest station (Bangpu Recreation Center) in Samut Prakan province. The initiative aimed to restore ecological balance and enhance the natural environment's integrity.
  • Thaire Life Recycling Activity - Employees of the company donated used cardboard boxes of all types to Thailand Post Co., Ltd., which then recycled them into 100% recycled cardboard field beds. These beds were donated by SCG Packaging Public Company Limited to field hospitals across the country to assist in emergency response during the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • Bring a Cloth Bag for Medicine Project - The company donated 2,000 cloth bags for storing medicine to Chulalongkorn Hospital, Thai Red Cross Society. This initiative aims to promote the reduction of plastic bag usage for medicine packaging, encourage proper waste management, and engage the public in environmental conservation efforts.
  • Old Calendars, New Happiness Activity - Employees of the company, along with external participants, donated used calendars to The Foundation for the Blind in Thailand under the Royal Patronage. These calendars were repurposed to create storybooks and educational materials for underprivileged children, turning old items into valuable resources for social good.
