The Company has developed an internal training program to enhance employees' skills in both short-term and long-term financial planning. The program focuses on creating positive attitudes and behaviors through workshop activities, including self-assessment questionnaires and surveys to support financial security planning. The Company has participated in organizing a financial and insurance literacy promotion activity titled 'Mathematics and Insurance,' which is part of the mathematics curriculum for 8th-grade students at Rajini School in Bangkok. The goal is to foster a positive attitude towards financial knowledge, highlight the connection between mathematics and insurance, and emphasize the importance of personal financial planning and management using financial tools and insurance. This activity aims to build a foundation for financial discipline and planning among the younger generation, contributing to the development of Thai society.
