Employee Health and Well-being

Happiness @ Thaire Life

Physical Health

Employee care and development are key factors that contribute to the success and sustainability of the organization. The Company focuses on creating an environment well-being to ensure employees' happiness and strengthen their engagement with the organization. Additionally, it supports employees' growth and skill development in alignment with the Empower Employees strategy, considering the rapidly changing external environment.

Furthermore, the Company continues to adapt employees' work methods to align with the new normal. The Hybrid Working model is maintained, requiring employees to work in the office two days a week. Flexible working hours are also implemented, allowing employees to start work between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM and finish between 4:30 PM and 6:30 PM, working 7 hours and 30 minutes per day.

Mental Health

The company places great importance on both physical and mental health. In addition to providing health and life insurance for all employees, the company also offers a Telemedicine Program for employees interested in additional support, which includes access to psychological counseling services to help relieve stress.

Additionally, the company organizes a monthly 'Happy Hour' event, a time for relaxation away from work where employees can unwind and socialize. This takes place every month from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM, with activities varying each month. Examples include music therapy sessions, body stretching exercises, smartphone photography workshops, and Mocktail mixing workshops, among others. These activities are conducted in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, where employees from different teams and departments can meet, chat, and share snacks and food. It is a great opportunity for them to engage in informal conversations and exchange ideas outside of formal settings.

Financial Health

To provide financial security for employees when leaving the company or retiring, which promotes long-term financial self-reliance, the company has established a provident fund welfare program. This includes both employee contributions and company matching based on the employee's years of service, along with the benefits derived from the accumulated funds.

The company supports a participatory fund management approach, allowing employees to choose their investment policies for the provident fund (Employee Choice) according to their individual needs. These choices align with the desired return on investment upon retirement, based on the acceptable level of risk, and employees can adjust their investment policies up to four times a year.
Diversity Equity and Inclusion
The company promotes diversity, fair labor practices, and inclusion. In addition, the company does not tolerate discrimination based on factors such as age, gender, sexual orientation, physical ability, ethnicity, race, country of origin, nationality, religion, beliefs, culture, and socio-economic background, as these should not limit opportunities for individuals to participate in the workplace. The company also supports the respect for human rights and societal diversity, allowing individuals to express their identity in various contexts. What employees express will not impact business operations, as the company believes that a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment encourages innovation and the development of new solutions. Ultimately, this leads to improved business performance.

In addition to workplace rights, the company requires all employees to study the Code of Conduct, which covers topics such as equality, non-discrimination, and personal rights. This ensures that all employees can conduct themselves appropriately when interacting with customers and others.
