Business Development
Job Responsibilities
• Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan/channels and areas in support of objectives together with Customer Business Plans for assigned accounts
• Maintains and expands customer base and building and maintaining rapport with key customer.
• Meets sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
• Aligning departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy.
• Recommends innovative product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, and additional service; tracking competitors
• Provides timely, accurate, market intelligence to formulate pricing strategy and implement approved pricing structure on all company products, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
• Lead and coordinate with related team (Actuarial, Marketing, Underwriting, Compliance, Operations) on the pricing and proposal development until project launch

• Most be a self-starter and fast learning as multi-tasker
• Good in project management skills
• Able to work independently under pressure with tight deadlines
Qualifications
• At least 2 years experience in Strategy, Business Development or related field with any industry
• Innovative thinking, Analytical-minded, Independent, Self-motivated, Results-oriented and Dynamic person
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fair English skill (Speaking & Writing)
